Why we exist
Global commerce shouldn't require a legal department
The internet made distribution free and instant. Then regulation made selling on it a maze: dozens of tax regimes, card-network rulebooks, consumer laws that change by border. Big companies hire departments. Everyone else either ignores the rules or doesn't sell globally.
We think that's a broken trade. DorskoPay is being built as an authorised reseller and Merchant of Record platform for software and digital products, so that a two-person studio in İzmir or Osaka gets the same global compliance machinery as a public company — priced as a fair slice of each sale, not a fixed cost that punishes starting small.

Three phases, stated plainly
We would rather be precise about which phase we are in than let a marketing page imply we are further along than we are.
Today
Sandbox product and infrastructure development. Checkout, subscriptions, billing, the tax calculation layer, the API and the merchant dashboard are built and testable. No live production transactions are being processed.
Production launch
Merchant verification, acquiring integration and controlled onboarding. Card acceptance enabled following acquiring-partner approval; sellers onboarded deliberately rather than in bulk.
Long term
Global Merchant of Record infrastructure for software companies — registrations, filing and remittance, broader payment methods and settlement currencies, and the operations team behind them.
