Yes — the recurring billing engine charges the card on file when a period ends, with dunning to recover failed payments. See the Billing product for the full flow.

Can customers manage their own plan? add

Yes — a self-serve customer portal lets them upgrade, downgrade (with proration), pause, cancel and manage saved cards without emailing you.

Who handles the tax on my invoices? add

We do. As Merchant of Record, DorskoPay calculates VAT/GST/sales tax at checkout and on every renewal, and remits it — you are not filing per country.
