1. Agreement
DORSKO LIMITED (Company No 15104126) operates DorskoPay. These Terms govern access to and use of the platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Merchant of Record
For purchases made through a DorskoPay checkout, DorskoPay acts as Merchant of Record: DorskoPay is the seller on record with the customer's payment method, and is responsible for that transaction's payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT/GST calculation, and the corresponding chargeback and refund handling. The merchant remains responsible for delivering the underlying product or service to the customer.
3. Merchant accounts
To sell on DorskoPay you must create a merchant account and complete the verification steps we require (email, phone and identity/KYC checks). We may decline, suspend or terminate an account, at our discretion, including where verification cannot be completed, fraud is suspected, or these Terms are breached.
4. Fees and payouts
Commission is charged per transaction according to the merchant's plan, as shown on our Pricing page. Funds from completed sales become eligible for payout after a 7-business-day settlement period, and are paid out in a weekly batch every Monday to the bank account on file.
5. Refunds and disputes
Merchants may issue refunds on completed payments through the dashboard. Where a chargeback or dispute is opened, the merchant may be asked to submit evidence; DorskoPay decides the outcome and, where the dispute is lost, processes the refund.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use DorskoPay to sell illegal goods or services, to launder money, or to circumvent card-network rules. We may suspend transactions or accounts we reasonably believe violate this section.
7. Liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, DorskoPay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
