Production pricing may depend on
DorskoPay is not processing live production transactions today, and production acquiring economics are not settled. We would rather confirm your commercial terms during onboarding than publish a rate we cannot stand behind.

FAQ
Questions, answered
What does "Merchant of Record" mean? add
Under a Merchant of Record model, DorskoPay is the legal seller on the transaction rather than a processor sitting behind you. Payment processing, tax on the sale, dispute handling and compliance sit with the platform; you receive a payout. Tax filing and remittance capabilities are activated as part of the production rollout.
What does the sandbox cost? add
Nothing. The sandbox is free and needs no card — you can build and test the entire integration before any commercial discussion.
Why is production pricing not published? add
Because it depends on acquiring economics that are not agreed yet. Publishing a rate now would mean quoting a number we cannot stand behind. Commercial terms are confirmed with you during production onboarding, and generally reflect volume, product category, currency, card geography and your refund and dispute profile.
When do I get paid? add
Funds from completed sales are paid out on a schedule, as one consolidated transfer to your verified bank account. Payouts are subject to the applicable settlement period and reserve terms, which are confirmed with you at production onboarding — we do not promise a fixed settlement time before those arrangements are in place.
Can I switch or cancel anytime? add
Yes. Plan changes apply immediately, and there's no lock-in or cancellation fee. Downgrading simply restores the higher commission rate.
Can I start taking real payments today? add
Not yet. DorskoPay is a sandbox environment today: you can build and test the full integration, but card acceptance will be enabled following acquiring-partner approval, and production access is subject to business verification and review.
Who can sell on DorskoPay? add
Our initial production scope is SaaS, AI software, developer tools, business software and other digital software products. See the Acceptable Use Policy for what is in and out of scope.
