Why it's accurate

Numbers from the ledger, not a separate analytics layer

There's no separate event-tracking pipeline that can drift from reality. Every figure on your dashboard is a real-time query against the same ledger of transactions, refunds and payouts recorded by the platform. In production, that ledger is designed to be populated by processed transactions; in the current sandbox it holds simulated ones.

Reporting, answered

Is reporting an extra product I pay for? add

No. It is part of the platform on every plan. Your own revenue data is not an upsell.

Do you calculate MRR, churn or cohort retention? add

Yes — your dashboard's Analytics page computes MRR, 30-day logo churn, average LTV, repeat purchase rate, monthly cohort retention and a revenue-by-product breakdown, all computed in real time from the transactions and subscriptions recorded in your account.

Can I export data to my own tools? add

Yes — CSV export is available for transactions, payouts, customers and subscriptions, plus a REST API for products, transactions and subscriptions.

How current are the numbers? add

They're computed in real time from the database on every page load — there is no nightly batch job or delay.
