DorskoPay is being built as an authorised reseller and Merchant of Record platform for software and digital products: for production transactions processed under that model, DorskoPay will be the seller of record and responsible for the payment, applicable sales tax/VAT and compliance for that transaction.
Payment processing will be provided by regulated acquiring and payment partners following production approval.
